SFMCSilicon Fluorine Sulfonated Lignite for Drilling Fluid
Product Details
Silicofluoresconated lignite for SFMC drilling fluid is a derivative of lignite humic acid, which is synthesized by lignite in sulfonating agent and silicofluoresconated polymer at appropriate temperature. Its appearance is black powder. It is a viscosity reducer and filtrate loss control agent for fresh water drilling fluid with high temperature from 200 ℃ to 220 ℃. It is a cheap and efficient viscosity and filtrate loss reducer for drilling fluid, The product is mainly used in oil, geological exploration and other drilling operations.
Product Features
1. It has obvious filtration loss reduction and certain anti pollution ability.
2. The viscosity effect is low and the rheological property of drilling fluid is good.
3. This product can be directly added into various water-based drilling fluid systems, and is often used in combination with organosilicon humic acid potassium, silicon fluorine lignite resin, silicon fluorine sulfonated resin and other treatment agents, with the general dosage of 1.0-3.0%.
