Product Details

The product is a new cheap and efficient drilling fluid treatment agent, which has the functions of viscosity reduction and fluid loss reduction, and can withstand high temperature of 200-220 ℃ through a series of special chemical modification processes such as condensation reaction and sulfonation reaction of sulfonated methyl humic acid. The introduction of silicon fluorine group enhanced the temperature resistance and adsorption stability of the product, which made the product show better temperature resistance.

1. High temperature stability, the highest temperature resistance of 220 ℃, especially suitable for deep wells, ultra deep wells and abnormal high temperature wells.

2. The effect of viscosity and filtration reduction is obvious at high temperature. It can effectively restrain the dispersion of clay at high temperature, improve the high temperature stability of mud, reduce the HTHP filtration of mud, and make mud still have good rheological properties at high temperature.

3. It has good compatibility with other treatment agents and is widely used. It is suitable for all kinds of fresh water drilling fluid systems. It can also be used in saturated brine drilling fluid system with other salt resistant additives.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The packaging bag is a paper plastic three in one bag, lined with polyethylene film bag. The top opening is sewn and then bonded with adhesive tape. The net weight of each bag is 25 (+ 0.5) kg.

This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.

The products should be protected from moisture, sun and leakage during storage. It is valid for two years.

Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.
