SFT-I鉆井液用硅氟改性瀝青是改性瀝青和硅氟聚合物配合的產(chǎn)物。該產(chǎn)品加入鉆井液能大大降低鉆井液濾餅的滲透性，降低鉆井液的濾失量，增強鉆井液濾餅的韌性，進而降低鉆井液的摩擦阻力，增強潤滑性。同時對泥頁巖的微裂隙有好的封堵作用，減少泥頁巖的水化分散，有好的防塌作用。硅氟聚合物的引入，大大改善了該添加劑的粘度效應。該產(chǎn)品配伍性好，可廣泛用于各種水基鉆井液中，推薦加量1.5～3%。

三、包裝、運輸及儲存

包裝袋為紙塑三合一包裝袋，頂口縫合后用膠帶粘結(jié)，每袋凈重25 千克±1%。

本品不燃、不爆、沒毒、無害，按非危險品運輸管理。

產(chǎn)品在儲存過程中應注意防潮、防曬、防漏。有效期為兩年。

本品避免與眼睛接觸，否則用大量清水清洗。

SFT-Ⅰ Silicon Fluorine Modified Asphalt for Drilling Fluid

Product Details

Silicon fluorine modified asphalt for SFT-I drilling fluid is the product of modified asphalt and silicon fluorine polymer. Adding drilling fluid into the product can greatly reduce the permeability of drilling fluid filter cake, reduce the filtration of drilling fluid, enhance the toughness of drilling fluid filter cake, reduce the friction resistance of drilling fluid, and enhance the lubricity. At the same time, it has a good sealing effect on the micro cracks of shale, reduces the hydration dispersion of shale, and has a good anti collapse effect. The introduction of silicofluoropolymer greatly improved the viscosity effect of the additive. The product has good compatibility and can be widely used in various water-based drilling fluids. The recommended dosage is 1.5-3%.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The packaging bag is a paper plastic three in one packaging bag. The top opening is sewn and bonded with adhesive tape. The net weight of each bag is 25kg ± 1%.

This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.

The products should be protected from moisture, sun and leakage during storage. It is valid for two years.

Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.
